Our region enjoys the largest concentration of independent fashion companies per capita outside of New York and Los Angeles, yet many are not aware of the exceptional array of our brands and designers. From personal care brands to children's clothing, men's and women's ready-to-wear, accessories, and bespoke, there will be something for everyone at The Wardrobe Project (TWP)... a shopper's market showcasing our regional fashion companies all under one roof.

After all, local is the new luxury.

TWP is inspired by Caroline Acree’s Instagram brainchild, “The Nashville Wardrobe Project,” which shines the spotlight on our local brands and retailers. We’re excited that Caroline has agreed to serve as host for this event.

We have partnered with local visual artists, to showcase the connection of Art + Fashion. Large-scale art installations will decorate the market, as well as the designer shops. TWP will be a Metro Arts’ Artober event, a month-long celebration of the arts in Nashville. TWP will promote open studio visits with our participating brands and artists during Tennessee Craft Week., a week- long celebration of artisans across the state modeled after France’s Métiers d’Art.

On Friday evening, September 30, we will host a Preview Night, where our VIP guests can shop ahead of the crowds while enjoying cocktails and light bites. VIP guests will also have the chance to win a local wardrobe giveaway prize valued at over $4,000. Partnering with local media, we will promote the October 1 public market.
