Top-notch customer support (via email and social media accounts)
Retail/showroom appointments
Events management
Customer outreach
Customer feedback and analysis

Cover letter and résumé/CV required
Excellent listening, reading, and writing skills
High emotional intelligence
Enjoys problem-solving
Impressive attention to detail
Previous customer support experience preferred

Full-time, 40-45hrs/week.
